Signature Exploration and Production Corp. is an independent energy company engaged in the exploration, development, exploitation and acquisition of on-shore oil and natural gas properties in conventional producing areas with a focus along the gulf coast of Texas. Our strategy is to continue making acquisitions of select properties that have been identified as economically attractive, technically and geologically sound and have significant upside potential.

We intend to grow by executing the following growth strategies.

• Financial Growth: We plan to acquire and further develop producing oil and natural gas properties to realize asset, revenue and cash flow growth; directly resulting in increased valuation of our stock. We will efficiently manage our debt and equity to achieve financial strength and flexibility.
• Acquisitions: We intend to take advantage of opportunities that exist in Texas to acquire producing oil and natural gas properties. However, we will also review potential acquisitions in other regions of the United States if they represent a significant concentration of energy-related assets.
• Property Development: We anticipate exploiting existing oil and natural gas properties and conduct development evaluation and drilling on our existing and future oil and natural gas properties. We will participate in exploratory wells.
• Technology: We expect to increase exploitation efforts by focusing on established geological trends where we can employ geological, geophysical and engineering expertise through the use of 3-D seismic and advanced drilling technologies.
